About Us

CBBC is a family owned AND operated company. Mark, the owner, is a native to Colorado and knows the ins and outs of building in this unique environment. From expansive soils to 60 degree temperature swings in 24 hours, it takes a specific knowledge and creativity to build in this wonderful state.

Mark has over 20 years experience in construction and a passion to give a custom product without the custom price, CBBC has been working off of referrals only for the better part of those 20 years. 

Our company is based on the belief that our customers' needs and wants are of the utmost importance, but also getting those needs and wants at a fair, honest price. Our entire team is committed to meeting those needs. The extraordinarily high percentage of repeat customers and referrals is proof of this commitment.

Benefits to working with us:

-Mark is on site everyday. He is hands on and does a majority of the work. Obviously we have our electrical, plumbing and other specialty contractors, but they will never be there unless CBBC is also on site. No more trouble communicating with crews, you can always talk to "the man in charge". This also makes making changes quick and easy and also alleviates issues that may arise in a much more timely manner. In many companies these days, the owner, drives around checking in on multiple projects, never so much as raising a hammer.

-No big dumpsters in your driveway for months on end. This serves two purposes. First, it forces us to limit the amount of waste and debris, thus keeping it out of landfills. This means that the amount of debris we haul away can be done with the use of trash bags not huge roll-off dumpsters. Furthermore, when possible and depending on services available, we recycle where we can. Second, you have full use of your driveway and garage and don't have an unsightly metal box in front of your house.
